Meet Claudia Conde

Hi, I’m Claudia — wife, dog mama, beauty expert, and founder of Conde Aesthetics in Spring Hill, FL. I’m originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and I’ve always been passionate about two things: helping people and transforming lives.

I’m married to the love of my life, and together we’ve built a beautiful family — including our sweet Golden Retrievers, who bring so much joy to our lives. My love language is service — I truly feel called to uplift others, and I believe that when someone feels good in their skin, they show up more confidently in every part of their life.

From Medicine to Aesthetics

My journey began in medical school at the Military University of Bogotá, where I studied for three years. The pressure to achieve perfect grades led me to step away, but I never lost my desire to help others. I later earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from La Universidad de La Sabana and started a Master’s in Marketing and Organizational Management — until love brought me to Florida in 2006.

Newly arrived in the U.S., I was learning English and trying to find my place. That’s when I started working at a medical spa — and something clicked. I was surrounded by people, healing, transformation, and empowerment. I fell in love with it.

At the same time, I was dealing with painful skin reactions and chronic irritation from shaving. When I discovered laser hair removal, it changed my life — and I knew I had to help other women feel the same relief and confidence.

I also had the privilege of owning a busy spa in Tampa for many years, which we closed after some personal health issues. After I recovered my health I continued working in medical spas as a provider, consultant, and manager — but the daily commute was wearing on me. That’s when I decided it was time to build something closer to home, and Conde Aesthetics was born right here in Spring Hill.
